Privacy policy.

hdb.io stores the data you put into your household: items, receipts, manuals, calendar events, chores, contacts, wiki pages. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or train models on it. You can export everything you have ever entered at any time.

Account data: email address, name, hashed magic-link tokens, session records.

Household data: everything you create inside your household. It is tenant-scoped and visible only to members of that household with the appropriate role.

Operational data: server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) retained for 30 days. No third-party analytics, no fingerprinting, no ad pixels.

hdb.io runs in Australia. Postgres for structured data, S3-compatible object storage for files, Mailgun for transactional email. The infrastructure region is documented and stable; we will tell you in advance if it ever changes.

Export, correct, or delete any household data at any time from the settings UI. To delete your account entirely, contact hello@hdb.io and we will action it within 7 days.
