The thesis
A house generates a surprising amount of paperwork. Receipts, manuals, warranty windows, insurance renewals, council notices, the kid's school timetable, the chore roster, the wiki of which-power-point-is-on-which-circuit. Most of it lives in three places at once and none of them are findable when you need them.
The thesis is that running a household is not so different from running a small organisation, and small organisations have intranets. A household should have one too. The boring durable kind, not the consumer-app kind that gamifies your shopping list.
Who's building it
One person, in evenings and on weekends, from a home lab. The project is in active development and there is no team behind it yet. I am the engineer, the designer, the writer of this paragraph, and the person who finds the bugs at 11pm.
That has trade-offs. Pace is steady but not aggressive. Polish is high in the parts of the app I use myself; lower in modules I have not personally needed yet. Email me if a module you want is missing, it bumps the queue.
What you get

Your data, your house. Everything you put in comes back out as a standard export. You can leave any time and take it with you.

Modules, not monoliths. Turn things on per household. A studio flat keeps it simple, a family home gets the whole spread.

Privacy by default. A household's data stays inside that household. No cross-tenant snooping, no “please confirm your interest” mailers, no upsells.

Kids are not a checkbox. Kids without logins are first-class members. The shared-device dashboard is the canonical kids interface.

No dark patterns. No marketing email. No drip campaigns. No “book a demo” buttons. The pricing page tells you the price.
The next year
Today: the core is shipped with plenty layered on top, things, library, calendar, chores, wallet, wiki, contacts, vehicles, pets, and subscriptions, plus the shared-device dashboard for the kitchen iPad, AI capture (OCR and ✨ Hydrate) paid for in marbles, and calendar feeds you can subscribe to from your phone. Next: the modules listed on the features page under coming soon, with the lending log first up.
Hosted billing flips on when the app is stable enough that I am comfortable charging for it. Until then everyone in early access pays nothing.
